MMP Storyboard

Here are photos of my MMP project with an overlay of improvements I wish to make.  I snapped pictures of my site using printscreen and put them into Paint.  I added in suggestions and ideas in colored boxes.

  1. For the professional development frame, I think adding a surveying tool where staff can request particular topics they would like professional development to address. Getting the input from your staff on their wants and needs in the field and following through is important. Our professional development team sends out a survey at the end (?) of each year to the entire district asking for what to include for workshops such as things we think are important, things we are interested in or things we think we need that are lacking.

For your photos, will this be included under the "Gallery" tab? I think this is a great idea. It's always nice to see what our kids are doing at school. You'll be showcasing the work your staff does with the kids and how your kids are doing. I think you have a good idea in categorizing the photos by events, art work, maybe include a learning gallery as well.

By the way, what is "Printscreen" and how did you include the arrows and text over your screens?

    Looks great so far :)

    1. If you are a PC user, there is a key at the top of your keyboard above the backspace button that says PrintScreen (or maybe "prt sc). If you press this, your computer takes a snapshot of your entire screen at that moment and puts it on the "clipboard" where things go when you hit "copy". You can then go to MS Paint (or possibly other programs but I haven't yet) and press CTRL V (Paste) and POOF! your screen shot is there!
*Note, when you press print screen, you won't see anything happen. No *click* no nothing.*

In Paint, since it treats the whole page as a drawing (you cannot pick up individual pieces like in word or PPT), you can use the various shape and text tools to "draw" all over your picture.

I had heard of "print screen" for years, I had pressed the button, but only recently learned what to do with it!

      Hope this helps
